• File a Claim: The app simplifies the claims process, enabling users to file claims for accidental damage—such as drops, spills, or cracks—as well as mechanical breakdowns caused by hardware failures with just a few taps.
• View Coverage Details: Users can easily access their coverage documents, deductible information, and frequently asked questions for clarification on their plans.
• Browse Curated Self-Help Articles: The app includes a variety of self-help articles and step-by-step guides intended to help users maximize the potential of their devices.
